Do you need an atmosphere of change?

I know I did. I needed to open up to hear and prepare myself for the Healing for My Soul Tour. So I went away in the wilderness with the bears, coyotes, and whatever else may be out here! I just needed a different atmosphere outside of what I do in my own home, sanctuary and humble abode.

I went out there asking God to tell me what to teach & talk about? You know how we can go through the formalities of what we think will help God tell us what to do. However, coming up there I met ME! (ooohhhh Jesus…yes I am crying as I type this, because I met me in a different way, a greater way, a deeper way!)

I am telling you this story because I know for sure that there is a part of you that you haven’t met yet either! Am I right or wrong?

God went DEEPER!

Yes, I want to prepare a great message for the tour and I want to be right before God’s people, however as I sat there in the woods I realized to be right before God’s people is to be REAL with yourself! I rose up early and sat down by the fireplace and the Holy Spirit began to deal with me. He said, “Put your bible down, put your pen down, and just sit here!”

And I got scared y’all! I’m up in the mountains by myself trying to be grown and get away, and the atmosphere was different because I heard his voice a little bit clearer than what I usually do and he began to take me back to stuff that I thought was totally over and here’s why…

I don’t have any bitterness!

I don’t have the sting of betrayal anymore from my past relationships and I am not angry with anyone. Actually, the man He brought back to my remembrance to help me deal with me is now married and gone on with someone else and I rejoice in that! However, at the end of the day the Holy Spirit said, “It’s not about what was done to you, but it was how it impacted you in the deepness of your heart!”

He said, “You don’t mind giving, but you have allowed your heart to get closed to where you don’t let it open up the way I want it to open up!”

So, He began to deal with me on heart matters!

And I’m coming to you transparent, because with this Healing for My Soul Tour I though it was coming out one way, but God is taking it a whole different route. It wasn’t about me preparing the Word first, it was about God preparing ME for where he wants me to go in order to take this tour the way He wants it to go, because I’m the vessel! He said, “I gotta start with you and all the stuff you thought was over and done with!”

He said it is OVER but I gotta take you higher and go deeper in you!

He doesn’t care how much I study His word, how much I fast, how much I facebook live. He has to go deeper in me, because He wants to go higher and greater for where His people needs to go. However, He had to start with me because I am the vessel to take you to your next level. THAT PLACE WAS SCARY!!! It caused me to be vulnerable in a way I haven’t been in a while.

I even had to call on Michelle, another sister who can tell me what it looked like for me at that time because she was working so close to me.

Some of this stuff is happening so deep within us that you can’t even see all what is happening and I thank God I was able to call her and stop trying to figure it out myself. This is why sisterhood is so important, because we need real women who will tell the truth about where we are and what they saw in us when we were going through.

This Healing for My Soul Tour is going to be a mighty explosion!

Even one woman posted in Mighty Christian Women facebook group that she was scared! And at first I was like, “What the hell ya scared for!” But I GET IT!The way God just went deep in me made me scared and I didn’t want to face this…but it wasn’t about facing the person or the man, it was about facing the impact, because this stuff runs deep!

We can’t keep going through the formalities saying…

• “I got this!”
• “I got a husband or man, so I’m good!”

Do you know that you can be covering up and smothering the relationship you have now?! Not because you are bitter or that you have an ill will, you can truly feel good about yourself…because I feel so darn good about myself right now! But, the Holy Spirit knows BEYOND your comprehension, your reasoning, your intellect, and what you’re currently thinking about.

He knows the IMPACT and the RESIDUE that isn’t hindering your man, your children, it’s hindering YOU! My shit was hindering me and I’m being real with you!

I came up in the mountains because I wanted to hear what God wanted me to give to his people, but He said, “I gotta first start with you!”

The Healing for My Soul Tour is going to be real! Why? Well first I have to be obedient and second, I didn’t just scare my butt off looking a mess in those mountains and woods with the bears, wolves, and coyotes for no reason!

God met me there and although I wasn’t ready for Him to this magnitude, he was ready for me and I’m telling you to GET READY!

I don’t know what your concerns are right now…

• You can have a great husband or man!
• You can know the Word!
• You can be making good money!
• You can be a minister, preaching, or speaking in tongues!

I’ve been there, had that, and I’m so beyond that, but what I am saying is that where God is taking us as Dunamis Women has nothing to do with any of that! It is about YOU and he wants to go deeper so He can take you higher!

It’s not about your intellect, your degrees, about your hair and nails! At this point, I DON’T CARE about some things I used to care about!
