This is the Privacy Policy of Dunamis Woman Enterprise, LLC (hereafter referred to as “us” or “we”). This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use our application, video streaming service, Dunamis Woman websites, or any of our branded apps (together, the “Service”).

Account Registration Information
In order to sign up for a free trial, membership, or make a purchase, you must create an account by providing us with your email address and a password. You may also create a username and upload an avatar to use for comments or forums.
Payment Information
You must also provide valid payment card information if you wish to sign up for a free trial, subscription, or make any other purchase. Except for the name associated with your card and information about the transaction (e.g., time of transaction, amount), payment card information is collected directly by a third-party payment vendor and is not received or stored by us.

Transaction Emails: When you first create an account, we may send you a welcome email that provides information about your subscription and your account. If you make a purchase, we may send you an email confirming your purchase. We may also send you other emails concerning your membership status and renewals. If you close/ cancel your account or request that we delete your account, you may lose access to content you have purchased. When you close/cancel your account, we may preserve your account information to (i) let you know about new offers and content; (ii) restore your account, if you ever wish to re-subscribe; and (iii) where we believe in good faith that preservation is necessary to enforce our rights.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. If you are a parent or legal guardian who has discovered that your child has provided personal information through the Service without your consent, please contact us so that we can remove any unauthorized information.

SERVICE
Dunamis Woman is a site that contains online workshops, resources and other content relating to emotional healing, spiritual development, and relationship coaching.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site. By using Dunamis Woman University, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.
ACCOUNT CREATION
In order to use the Service, you will be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, username and password, and other personal information. You agree not to provide account information or an email address other than your own. You agree not to provide anyone else access to your account information.
OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Dunamis Woman University contains intellectual property owned by Dunamis Woman Enterprise LLC including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property. Dunamis Woman Enterprise LLC’s copyrighted and original materials are provided to you as part of the Service for your individual use only. All intellectual property, including Dunamis Woman Enterprise LLC’s copyrighted materials shall remain the sole property of Dunamis Woman Enterprise LLC. No license to sell or distribute our materials is granted or implied.
You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the Dunamis Woman University Content or intellectual property, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. This includes but is not limited to sharing material with others, posting excerpts of material on any social media, blogging about the material, or in any other way that would reasonably appear to share the Dunamis Woman University’s information with a non-member. We reserve the right to immediately remove you from Dunamis Woman University, without refund, if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
You may also cancel your monthly subscription at any time, but due to the nature of the Service no refunds will be made for any membership fees already paid.
Once you cancel you will no longer have access to the Service, including all content and community resources, once your current membership period is completed.
No partial refunds are given should you terminate an annual or bi-annual subscription before your renewal date, however you will retain access to the Service until the end of your annual payment term.
It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account in good time should you no longer require the Service and do not wish to be billed further.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You may not hold Dunamis Woman Enterprise LLC responsible for the content, actions or inaction of other members.
