5: Determination-Be determined to stay dedicated to the work needed.
6: Discipline- Be disciplined to stay dedicated and determined to do the work thats needed.
7: Patience- Be patient and results will come.
8: Nutrition; low carbs, lean protein, low sugar, and plenty of water.
9: Cardio – 2 or 3 times a week 30 to 45 minutes of burning fat and building muscle.
10: Consistency- Stay consistent on your diet and your weekly routine.
